Ever wondered how to make pure peanut butter or any other nut paste? Once you realise how easy it is to make, you will never purchase premade nut paste again!
Ingredients:
· 375g unsalted peanuts/cashews (or othernut as desired)
· Sprinkle of salt
Method:
1. Combine the nuts and salt in a food processor.
2. Blend for 3-5 minutes. Stop the processor a few times to scrape down the sides.
3. Continue blending until a thick paste is formed.
